Server-side tracking without running a server
Browser pixels lose conversions to ad blockers, browser restrictions and aborted page loads. LeadSignal also sends your conversions directly from its servers to Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. You switch on server mode per integration; no server of your own and no server container in Google Tag Manager is needed.

Meta Conversions API
Pixel and Conversions API run in parallel. Both receive the same event ID so Meta merges duplicate events.
TikTok Events API
Conversions reach TikTok via the Events API in addition to the TikTok Pixel, with click ID and hashed contact data.
LinkedIn Conversions API
B2B conversions reach LinkedIn even when the Insight Tag is blocked, as long as an email address or the LinkedIn click ID is available.
Hashed user data
Email, phone and name from detected forms are hashed with SHA-256 on our servers before they go to the APIs. That improves conversion matching.
Click IDs and UTMs preserved
LeadSignal stores fbclid, _fbp, ttclid, li_fat_id, gclid and other click IDs as well as UTM parameters per session and passes them along.

Add the script
One snippet in the head of your website. It loads pixels, cookie banner and event tracking.

Connect the integration
Enter your platform's pixel ID and credentials, such as the access token for the Meta Conversions API.

Turn on server mode
One switch per integration. From then on, conversions also go to the platform via the server API.

Map your events
Decide which of your events arrive as Lead, Purchase or other platform events.

Send a test event
Check in the events manager that browser and server events arrive, and keep an eye on Event Match Quality for Meta.
In detail
- No hosting, no cloud project and no custom subdomain needed.
- Duplicate event IDs are filtered out before forwarding.
- Bot traffic is filtered out before events are forwarded.
- LeadSignal fills in missing details such as click IDs from earlier sessions of the same visitor.
- Works alongside an existing GA4 setup.
Good to know
- •Google Ads runs in the browser via the Google tag with Enhanced Conversions. LeadSignal does not currently offer server-side sending to Google Ads or GA4.
- •Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit are not connected. Their click IDs are stored, but conversions are not forwarded.
- •LeadSignal does not display Event Match Quality. You can see the score in Meta Events Manager.
- •Server-side tracking does not replace consent. If nothing should go to the platforms without consent, enable strict consent mode in the cookie banner.
- •Custom server tags or transformations like in an sGTM container are not possible. LeadSignal is deliberately kept simple.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own server or sGTM?+
No. Forwarding to the conversion APIs runs on LeadSignal's infrastructure. You switch it on per integration.
Does the Conversions API replace the pixel?+
No, both run in parallel. The pixel provides browser signals, the server API makes sure conversions arrive even with ad blockers or browser restrictions. For Meta, the shared event ID prevents double counting.
Does server-side tracking bypass consent?+
No. Server-side tracking only changes the transport, not the legal basis. You still need consent for advertising purposes. Strict consent mode makes sure nothing goes to the platforms before consent.
What about Google Ads?+
LeadSignal connects Google Ads via the Google tag in the browser, including Enhanced Conversions with data from detected forms and Consent Mode v2. Sending to Google server-side is not currently possible.
How quickly is it set up?+
Once the script is installed, you connect a platform in a few minutes: enter credentials, turn on server mode, map events and send a test event.
